Hannah is originally from New Hampshire, but now lives in Oklahoma with her big-hearted husband, delightful daughters, crabby cat, and dopey dog. She is the author and illustrator of six award-winning picture books. Her books have received bunches of starred reviews, been Editor’s Picks on Amazon, and have been selected for book clubs like  Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, Scholastic, First Book, Raising Readers, Amazon Book Box, and the Junior Library Guild. Her illustrations have been included in the Society of Illustrators Exhibit in NY and in the Mazza Museum in Ohio, and in 2017 she was Tulsa’s Books to Treasure Illustrator. In addition, her books have gotten numerous awards including the Bill Martin Jr. Award, and several Oklahoma Book Awards. Hannah wanted to be a picture book maker ever since the 2nd grade when she went to a Young Authors Conference and realized that making books was an actual job you could have when you grew up. Getting to be an author is literally a dream come true!
